The OwnAir provides exclusive access to reduced fares on Business and First-Class flights, as well as luxury hotel accommodations. By contacting us and using our services, you agree to the following terms:

-Airlines and Services
We do not work with low-cost carriers.
Our tickets, due to their preferential pricing, do not include transfer services offered by airlines. If required, we can arrange it for an additional fee.

-Bookings and Payments
Fares are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Once payment is made, tickets will be issued and sent within 24 hours.

-Accepted payment methods:
– Bank transfer
– Credit card (3.5% fee)
– Cryptocurrencies

If you need an invoice, please let us know.

-Changes and Cancellations
No changes or refunds are accepted after the ticket is issued.

-Exclusivity and Liability
The OwnAir acts as an intermediary and is not liable for changes made by airlines.
Availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.
Tickets issued through our service do not earn miles or loyalty points.
We do not handle visas or immigration requirements. It is the client’s responsibility to comply with all necessary travel documentation.

The OwnAir ofrece acceso exclusivo a tarifas reducidas en vuelos Business y First Class, así como en hoteles de lujo. Al contactarnos y utilizar nuestros servicios, aceptas las siguientes condiciones:

-Aerolíneas y Servicios
No trabajamos con aerolíneas de bajo coste.
Nuestros billetes, al ofrecer tarifas preferenciales, no incluyen el servicio de transfer proporcionado por la aerolínea. Si lo deseas, podemos gestionarlo con un coste adicional.

-Reservas y Pagos
Las tarifas están sujetas a disponibilidad y pueden variar sin previo aviso.
La reserva se confirma únicamente tras recibir el pago completo.
Una vez efectuado el pago, el billete se emitirá y enviará en un plazo máximo de 24 horas.

-Formas de pago aceptadas:
– Transferencia bancaria
– Tarjeta de crédito (comisión del 3.5%)
– Criptomonedas

Si necesitas una factura, no dudes en solicitarla.

-Cambios y Cancelaciones
No se aceptan modificaciones ni reembolsos una vez emitido el billete.

-Exclusividad y Responsabilidad
The OwnAir actúa como intermediario y no se hace responsable de cambios realizados por las aerolíneas.
La disponibilidad no está garantizada hasta recibir la confirmación del pago.
Los billetes emitidos no acumulan millas ni puntos en programas de fidelización.
No gestionamos visados ni documentación migratoria. Es responsabilidad del cliente cumplir con los requisitos necesarios para su viaje.
